Oak Stone Capital, in association with Oak Stone Advisory and Oak Stone Capital Management, has begun pre-marketing the first of its two planned funds for 2024. Oak Stone Real Estate Fund I LP is a $25mm residential real estate focused fund being offered in partnership with Hillsen Homes. The fund will focus on the development and disposition of near luxury homes in the Park Cities area of the DFW Metroplex utilizing common platform architecture with a primary focus on 50 and 60 foot lot widths.
