AI CFO — Privacy Policy
Oak Stone Advisory, LLC · Effective August 2026

The AI CFO is licensed software that operates entirely on the
licensee's own computer and within the licensee's own accounts,
including QuickBooks Online (via Intuit's authorized connection) and
the licensee's AI service subscription.

Data. Oak Stone Advisory does not receive, collect, transmit, store,
or host any licensee financial data. All accounting data remains in
the licensee's QuickBooks Online account and on the licensee's own
systems at all times. Connection credentials are stored locally on
the licensee's machine and are never transmitted to Oak Stone
Advisory.

QuickBooks connection. The software connects to QuickBooks Online
through Intuit's official interfaces, with access authorized by the
licensee and revocable by the licensee at any time through their
Intuit account settings.

What we do collect. Oak Stone Advisory maintains only ordinary
business records about its licensees (contact and billing
information provided directly by the licensee). We do not use
tracking technologies within the software and do not sell or share
any information with third parties.
