AI CFO — End User License Terms
Oak Stone Advisory, LLC · Effective August 2026

The AI CFO is proprietary software licensed, not sold, by Oak Stone
Advisory, LLC. Use of the software is governed by the Software
License and Subscription Agreement executed between Oak Stone
Advisory and each licensee, which controls in the event of any
conflict with this summary.

Summary of principal terms:

License. A limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use
one instance of the software for the internal financial management
of the licensee's affiliated entity group. Redistribution, resale,
service-bureau use, and reverse engineering are prohibited.

Nature of the software. The AI CFO is a software tool. Oak Stone
Advisory is not a certified public accounting firm and does not
provide accounting, bookkeeping, tax, audit, or financial advisory
services through the software. Outputs require licensee review and
approval; licensees remain solely responsible for their books,
records, and filings.

Data. All licensee data remains the licensee's property and remains
on licensee systems. Termination of the license never affects the
licensee's data, QuickBooks account, or previously produced reports.

Warranty and liability. The software is provided with a limited
warranty as stated in the Agreement; liability is limited as stated
in the Agreement.
